Reconnect to your Self through Therapy

Many clients come to me with the desire to effect profound changes in how they live their lives, feel about themselves, relate to others, and pursue their work. Often they feel something is missing and they want to reconnect to who they really are and find their own truth. Through the transformative power of therapy, we work together to alleviate the problems that distract from this vital and inherent connection to the Self.

Problems such as anxiety, depression, addictions, codependence, emotional sensitivities, guilt and shame, grief and loss, traumatic experiences, and low self-worth can be helped through our therapy work together.

I have worked with individuals as well as many couples who are in significant distress. Relationship struggles in which individuals are not satisfied and struggling to make changes with their partner are often times helped with the understanding and objectivity that therapy brings to the relationship.

I practice interactive psychotherapy that is safe, compassionate, caring, and effective; utilizing traditional cognitive and emotional approaches, and innovative therapies such as energy psychology and breathwork. I use an integrated approach that combines acceptance and mindfulness practices, spirituality, humor, psychodynamic and depth psychology, and 12‑step philosophies.
