Professional Fees and Insurance
My fee is $150 per 60 minute session. The initial session and assessment is $200.
At this time I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
For other insurance plans I am an out-of-network provider. As an out-of-network provider your sessions may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. If you will be using insurance reimbursement, be sure to check with your insurance provider about coverage. Please call the phone number on the back of your Health Insurance card:
- Ask for out-patient Mental Health Benefits
- Ask if they cover Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists
- Ask what percentage of my fee they cover
- What is your co-pay for the session
- How many sessions a year do they allow
- Have you satisfied your deductible and if not what is left
- Do they offer out-of-network benefits
I believe that therapy and counseling should be available to all who seek it. Because of this I offer a reduced-fee option for those who are in financial difficulty or cannot obtain reimbursement through insurance benefits.
